  • How to Order

    Caregivers can submit their children's orders through the parent portal or utilize our handy app for convenience. You'll find the app link conveniently located within the parent portal. For first-time users, a tutorial video is available in the Parent Portal to guide you through the ordering process.

  • Cancellation policy/Snow Days

    Orders can be canceled until 7:00 AM on the day of service. Any cancelled meal will result in a credit automatically applied to your account, which can be used for future orders.

    In the event of a snow day, all lunches will be canceled automatically upon notification from the schools. Credits will then be applied to your account for future lunch orders.

  • Food Allergies

    We understand the seriousness of food allergies and strive to provide a safe dining experience for all students. We offer specific menu items to accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy friendly options.

  • Emergency Lunch

    Forgot to order lunch? Don’t worry. We accept orders from our ‘Day of Limited Menu’ until 7:30AM. These orders will be delivered same day!

  • What Comes with the Meals?

    Every meal comes with a fruit and vegetable. Fruit possibilities include apples, apple sauce, oranges, watermelon and bananas. Vegetable possibilities include cucumbers, carrots and sweet potatoes!

  • When Can I Place a Lunch Order?

    Lunch Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance. These orders may be canceled or changed until the day before the lunch is being served from our online ordering platform. There is also a limited menu that we provide and accept orders until 7am the day of the lunch.

  • What Form of Payment Can I Use?

    We accept credit card payment for all meals through our school lunch portal. All meal cancellations will be credited towards your account. Credits can be used on your next lunch order.

  • How Does a Student Receive Lunch?

    Our meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen facility by our team of chefs. They are then packaged securely and delivered to your school in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
